College Credit for a Cruise?

Ever wonder what it would be like to take classes on a cruise ship?? Well now you'll have a better idea. Lauren, a student in Natural Resources 611: Great Lakes Education Workshop, is taking a cruise ship all along Lake Erie on the R/V Lake Guardian.
